《關於俄國和烏克蘭的問題》 人類世界區分為幾個文化圈。各個文化圈的定義是以其語言又思考方式其文化圈內人民可以達到人類盡可能可以的最高水平的知識情報又思考能力的。其沒關係於各個國家區分。 各個文化圈不得不有中心地域。人類中有想做統治階層的。個文化圈的比較邊防地域的統治階層能覺得他們自己要成為獨立的勢力為了把他們的統治權力強化。 為了其目的他們能要別的巨大文化圈的影響力。把他們自己的文化的傳統盡可能變成為像其別的巨大文化圈。終於做他們自己的原來的文化異質化而成為了全然別的‘完全獨立的國家’。可是其實其國家成為那個別的巨大文化圈的又一個遠地派遣的地方。也就是說其國家的民族精神滅亡了而只其表面的權力構造殘留了。 還這樣的狀態為了統治階層很有利保持他們的權力。人民不可以了學習自己固有的最上級的精神文化。所以人民除非去外國學習那麼否則難學習最上級的精神文化。所以除了自由(以財政等)去外國的上流統治階層的繼承人們以外難成為高水平的知識人又做統治階層了。 這樣的狀態不但背馳於民主主義的大義而也做障礙於人民大眾的靈的成長。也就是說這樣做的政治活動是魔鬼喜歡的行為。 <About the problem of Russia and Ukraine> Mankind's world is divided as several cultural area. The definitions of each cultural area are by their language and thinking method people of that cultural area are possible to achieve highest level of intellectual information and thinking ability as mankind possible. It does not depend on country border. The central area of each cultural area inevitably exists. among mankind there are men who want to become ruling class. Those ruling class who positioned relatively at edges may think they would become independent power for to fasten their ruling power. For that purpose they may need effect of another great cultral area. letting their own cultral tradition change to similar to that another great cultral area. Finally make their culture different from the original one and become completely another 'independent country'. But in fact that country become one remote agent of that another great cultural area. So to speak the people spirit of that nation is demolished and only superficial ruling structure of that has remained. Nevertheless for the ruling class this situation is very advantageous to maintain their ruling power. National people difficult to study their own highest spirit culture. So unless go abroad for study or so, national people difficult to study highest spirit culture. So except those heirs of the higher ruling class who can go abroad freely (by finantially etc.)，difficult to become high level intellect and become ruling class. This situation not only contradict to justice of demcracy but also become obstacle to the spiritual development of the mass people. So to speak, the acts of politics like this are that the devils like to do. |
